Scope of Project: 

68,500 GSF Interior Renovation + 1,400 SF patio. The renovation will upgrade most systems, while maintaining some infrastructure and walls. The bed count will remain about the same. The connector building north and south entries will be improved and will be the only entries for the new building. The previous additional entries will be lounge space. The classroom on the 3^rd floor will be upgraded. New finishes and furniture throughout.
