Final Act is a team multiplayer real-time strategy Unreal modification that empowers players with strategic turret and weapon-based attacks and defenses in a timeless battle for control of a surreal underworld. The gods of the Light and the Dark fight in a timeless battle to control the underworld. They must wage this battle by proxy however, as only their minions exist in the underworld’s plane of existence. Players begin as a minion of either god, fighting to keep their team’s soul well intact and unharmed. If the soul well is destroyed, the gods of that team destroy their own minions in revenge. Players fight to avoid this smite, and while their soul well remains intact they may call upon the power of their gods to help in battle.

“Librum Vitalis” combines cooperative multiplayer action with Tower Defense style strategy in a unique fantasy environment. Players take the role of wizards who live in a city recently taken over by a fascist theocracy. The new government has declared magic illegal and the wizards have chosen to band together and fight rather than retreat into exile. As a result, the city guard is under orders to destroy all wizardly places of power, specifically the wizard’s great Arcane Library, which contains the Librum Vitalis. This ancient book contains the secret of magic, the cornerstone of the wizard society. Failure to protect the book means inevitable doom for all wizards. The objective in “Librum Vitalis” therefore requires a team of players to defend the Arcane Library against waves of invading enemy guards. These game-controlled (AI) enemies spawn on one side of the map and start marching toward an objective on the other side. The team of players must destroy the enemy guards before they reach and destroy the Library.
